All the Bong Joon Ho films I've seen have been about how capitalist society becomes disgusting when you start to peel back the layers. Parasite is the Bong movie most directly about this, and also the most effective. I think it's his best film. Imagine making "Memories of Murder" and then topping it. Unbelievable.
Also, some people I follow on Twitter were hyping up a specific shot from this as "the scariest shot of the year". I was waiting for it the whole time, saw it coming, prepared for it, and it still scared the shit out of me. Good stuff.
