Tonya Hardon’s review published on Letterboxd:
Evel Knievel had balls the size of Texas, and as we learn, a stubborn ego to match. Both are prerequisites in the making of a stuntman, but this documentary goes a lot deeper into the how's and why's. Despite knowing a fair share, I came away having learned quite a bit. A thousand times more interesting than his attempt to jump Snake River Canyon, were the events that transpired in the days leading up to it. Holy smokes.
Anyway, it was refreshing to see all at once, a loving tribute to a hero & honest potrayal of dickhead.
