About Time 2013
Such an optimistic, loving, film. I could rewatch this everyday. So unconventional, usually romances have one huge conflict that defines the film. This one has little, sometimes meaningless conflicts throughout which I feel is more true to life. People say that romances are more interesting when the main characters end up splitting in the end...this is quite an exception. One of my favorite characters is Tim’s father, a father that’s not stereotypically cold and masculine, he shows emotion to his children and is unapologetically content with his life. This whole film just overflows with emotion and it is staying on my top 4 until further notice.

The Florida Project 2017
Upon a second watching, I believe that because of how funny, heart-warming, heart-breaking, and especially how REAL this film is, it should have won best picture. The lifestyle that was shown happens right outside of the place where dreams come true, the cinematography and color are absolutely beautiful. William Dafoe is a great supporting actor, Brooklyn Prince is phenomenal for a child actor as well as the other children. I just forgot how good this movie was.

Not Another Teen Movie 2001
I had just unintentionally watched two movies within 48 hours that played My Hero by the foo fighters at a time that in the beginning looks like it will be badass but ends up with somebody dying.

In the Name of the Father 1993
I can confidently say that this movie is as good if not better than The Shawshank Redemption for a Jail-type genre movie
