Letterboxd — Your life in film

Well made and stylistically different from his most popular films however I’m not a fan of how they characterized a victim of abuse/ marginalized person even if they did try to “fix” them by the end. I just feel like it’s something that’s very nuanced and I just feel like I’ve seen it too often without.
