Matthew N’s review published on Letterboxd:
Plays more like a theme park ride than a feature length motion picture, which admittedly sounds pretty fun. Problem is, it gets old really quickly, and the laughable effects have dated this beyond redemption. For sure a fun movie, but the concept can only be stretched so thin without a proper crutch holding it together. Although Robin Williams definitely had a lot of fun in this, which is definitely worth enough to elevate this above forgettable shlock, it’s still not worth revisiting if you ask me.
