We have been there. Moments in which we regret creating and that moving on is never the best thing ever because we know for a fact we want to go back and fix it. A Silent Voice is the shining example of that feeling. This is by far the most beautiful film I have seen all year in regards to storytelling, characters, and animation. This is the kind of film that made me want more ambiguity because of the way the story was told. However, after watching that ending, I was satisfied either way.

Who knew that the second paragraph of the opening crawl from the first Star Wars ever made can become a great movie? Of course, it is not a flawless movie or the best Star Wars ever made, especially with the first half. But as the actual movie finally kicked in, I too was in. Great characters, fantastic action scenes with emotional depth, and a story that knew how to deliver nostalgic fan service were what Rogue One was made to deliver, and in the end, I gladly cared. Despite the fact that I knew what was coming, it still felt like a glorious discovery.
