Martin Scorsese’s filmmaking is aging like fine wine. He seems to have tackled every genre possible, except for the epic westerns, which we now have with Killers of the Flower Moon (2023). A monumental achievement in cinema for Scorsese. With his biggest budget ever, he uses every penny in that to create this grand, crime-filled movie, much like his prior ones, but this time set in 1920s Oklahoma.

The story is so exciting and compelling that it’s not hard to…

“You’re the man who gave them the power to destroy themselves, and the world is not prepared.”

In what was my most anticipated movie ever, Oppenheimer (2023) defied all expectations. It is hard to put into words the greatness I witnessed in the past three hours.

Toy Story was the first animated movie I really remember falling in love with. With a short runtime of 81 minutes, every scene in this movie is so meaningful and special. From the beginning where Woody is…

    “Stick to the job.”

The Killer (2023) was one of my most-anticipated films this year. I admire Michael Fassbender, and David Fincher is one of the best filmmakers of the past 30 years; along with it being about an assassin, it was all a recipe for exciting and intense filmmaking.

The narration was a key element in this, offering sometimes a comedic touch, but it gave us an insight on how The Killer worked through his job and his entire thought…
