    Like The Empty Man, teeters the line between effective horror and a parody of itself for me, but like that other film it eventually comes together well enough in the end. The twist is genuinely one of the most effective I've seen in a while, and Wan is stellar behind the camera. Also really dug the lighting motifs and performances throughout.
