In Search of Darkness: A Journey Into Iconic '80s Horror

If you're 13 and trying to get into horror movies then this is for you. If not then don't waste your time. Seriously this doco is 4 and half hours long and basically just brings up Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street and Halloween over and over again, even at one point some asshole says my favourite of all the monsters is Freddy, 10 minutes later it cuts back to him again and he says out of all the monsters I think the best has to be Freddy. Like look at your run time, why are you keeping so much redundancy in there. And some of the people interviewed are just like useless movie fans who give an opinion that is wrong saying shit like Halloween 4 is what put it on the map, who even are you? Fuck off. When they interview real film makers and actors too, which there are a few good ones here, there is no new insight or story fans haven't already heard before. The only saving grace here is that these movies are an enjoyable part of everyones life so seeing scenes from them never leaves the film feeling boring or anything but still as a doco this is dog shit.
