Task #28: Watch a movie about a member of the LGBTQ+ community fighting against homophobia, either institutional or intimate in scope.

Good news, lads. I started crying during the Goldfinch trailer and didn’t stop crying until Rocketman ended. ‬This film brought me sorrow and so much joyjoyjoy.

Many years ago, I told my best friend that if the time came when I did actually kill myself that I would play “Rocket Man” to send me off. As a result, one scene in particular just shattered me. It took me awhile to shake it off, to be completely honest with you all.

Anyway.
