    This is, in my opinion, the best Amityville story of the whole franchise. It deals with some dark themes that I doubt would be touched nowadays. The ending alone transformed this movie into something I didn't expect and had me on the edge of my seat! I highly recommend giving it a watch.

    A decent little supernatural film that doesn't do too much different than your typical supernatural movie. What saves this for me is the acting and the mythology. I would say it is definitely worth a rental.
