The Shawshank Redemption 1994
"Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."
"I have to remind myself that some birds aren't meant to be caged. Their feathers are just too bright. And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. Up 2009
I want to start off by saying, this film means a lot to me that, to be honest, is unmeasurable. I was just six years old when this came out, and I vividly remember watching it on the theatre with my older sister, and still, at that time, I was mesmerized by the beauty of Up.

John Wick: Chapter 4 2023
As a very casual action fan, I found this really enjoyable and perhaps one of the best action films I've seen in the last few years. Certainly, it seems like the end of an era and Keanu Reeves performance is an all-timer for that matter.

Shoutout to Bill Skarsgård, what a role! He was amazing and he really is made to play antagonist characters, it suits him very well.

A tale of a man who was (at the time) the best football player in the world and where, cash, power, ambition and politics played a role in the fate of what was the biggest transfer of all time by 2000. This documentary works perfectly for everyone, the ones who were too young to follow this transfer saga (and still we witnessed last summer's mbappe saga with Real Madrid as well) and to the others who can re-tell…

The Batman 2022
what a picture. The Batman is single-handedly one of the best origin-story films i’ve seen, what Matt Reeves created is a layered and troubled story to the character which differs in many to the one crafted by Christopher Nolan (who, to me, has done the best depiction of the character.).
The achievement of this film is a team-effort between the director, cinematographer and composer. Greig Fraser once again delivered and had (so far) one of the best cinematography achievements of…
