Whenever someone asks me why do I watch films or what is so great about them, I show or atleast suggest them Pan's Labyrinth. The reason being is that it's a very absorbing film for someone who isn't a cinephile and they get to know the magic of Cinema of transporting us to a different world in a limited time having no prequels or sequels
Whenever I watch this film I make it a point to watch it at night time or before sleep because then I keep thinking about it and dream about it.
I know there are many divisive opinions about this film but for me it's one of the best piece of art ever made and a true feat in storytelling atleast in the genre.
The ending though having multiple layers & interpretations, is easily one of the best ending of all time and that lullaby is just...😔
