I.V.’s review published on Letterboxd:
A story point mash-up with a literal hole in the plot (see also: Interstellar, The Dark Knight Rises). On a narrative level, this is probably his flimsiest script, but he’s developed a whole lot as an action director and Washington is easily his most physical lead, handling the nameless hero's 007 duties with aplomb. Nolan seems to relish his reputation as a po-faced stickler for detail, but what he really gets are the goofy broad strokes of Bond, which are more easily translated to fantastical sci-fi than to real geopolitics.
