Hugh Grant plays the exact same character in just about every movie I’ve seen him in so far (3 with exception to The Gentlemen), and I honestly love it.

I’m pretty sure this is the third time I’ve watched this and it’s still amazing, and dare I say, perfect?! Idk, I feel like I’ve been saying that a lot lately, but it’s just so enjoyable, and I can’t help but be obsessed with everything. Ah, another one shot film. Birdman follows a washed up actor who is trying to make it big once again and show the world that he matters. Iñárritu presents the story through a one shot which is impressive and beautiful at the same time. ★★★★½

David Lynch’s “Blue Velvet” is a dark, erotic thriller with a hint of comedy throughout. This is a film that never lets you go and constantly keeps you in suspense. Heightened by gorgeous cinematography, and incredible acting, “Blue Velvet” is a treat to the eyes. Denis Hopper as Frank is particularly amazing as he plays a anger induced psycho. It’s possible that the ants at the beginning represent the scum of  the town, while the robin represents the main characters. Idk, but that’s what I took away from that. It’s weird and dark, but it probably one of the best films of the 80s.
