Waldo’s review published on Letterboxd:
A very young John Heard tries to adjust to prison life and all that shit. Impressive 70's prison movie with an equally impressive 70's cast. Not quite Short Eyes but pretty close. More like Animal Factory. It has Thomas Waites and James Remar a year away from joining The Warriors. Even Billy Hayes's dad from Midnight Express is here doing time before his son. Strange that this is the director's only movie.
