Check out a Q&A with Jordan below:

Name a Horror character you relate to on a spiritual/personal level?
I’d have to say Freddy Kruger… because I’m always awake when everyone else is asleep and I burn really easily.

Do you consider yourself part of a horror community?
Yes, in the way of feeling that immediate connection and kinship to anyone that replies, ‘Oh, I love that movie!’ When you mention a Romero deep cut or an 80’s slasher.

When you’re building the world of your film, where do you look for inspiration?
In the most basic way it comes from what has emotionally impacted me hardest in my own life. Using a film as a way of exploring why an experience resonates so intensely over any other.

What would you do if you woke up inside of your film?
Tell Susie to dump Andy.

Who would be on your ultimate horror villain squad?
Bub from Day of the Dead to be my best friend, Freddy for the laughs, Christine so we can get around, and ‘The Mist’ to add a little atmosphere.

Lightning round: Freddy or Jason? Stephen King or H.P. Lovecraft? Practical or CGI? Post Apocalypse or Pre Apocalypse?
Freddy, King, Practical, Post.(If applicable)

How do you go about creating the props and sets for your film? How do you create objects that are relatable but unfamiliar? What scares you, and does it inspire your storytelling?
Failure and loneliness. And yes, I think it inspires most things I do in my life ha.

And finally, Ghostface would like to know ‘What’s your favourite scary movie?’
This is like asking, ‘who’s your favorite child?’, so I’ll give the same answer… depends on the day.
