  EDIT: I upped my rating because some of the chase scenes and kills were quite fun and effective.
  The film got some laughs out of me (both intentionally and unintentionally), mainly through grizzled and weary Dewey, with David Arquette being the MVP.
  Great use of Red Right Hand and glad to see it back.
  The opening scene is also pretty banging and genuinely intense.

  
  It’s just a shame the rest of it is all a waste. They should have stopped…
