Letterboxd — Your life in film

The rock conversation did and continues to absolutely destroy me. 

So simple. So effective. So universally true. 

God knows how many times I will watch this film.

An interesting debut. 

The violence was a major tonal problem, though.

Devastating on the big screen.

First film in the prince Charles and it’s an absolute banger.

Progressively lost its solid and fresh start… Oscar Isaac really does pull it out of the bag though!

One of the greatest things I’ve ever seen.

So much better with subtitles.

Very unsettling and a worthy force of a feature debut. 

Very unnerved by this.

Bloody and brutal and beyond epic. A whole scale battlefield of blood, betrayal and beauty. 

Robert Eggers can’t and never will fail. 

Favourite movie of the year. By far.

Nasty. Controversial. Sickening. Offensive and absolutely bloody brilliant. 

A brave but honest portrayal of the hypocrisy of religion with some insane performances and imagery to remember.

One of those most watchable films ever. Bizzare , disturbing and intoxicating in every great way possible.
