Tony D’s review published on Letterboxd:
I saw this today and really liked it.
Affleck is great as both Wayne and Bats.
Cavill is terrific as Super but better as Kent.
He could be a better Supes if he was written better.
The movie stopped dead everytime Lex came on screen until Granny's peach tea appeared.
That was the first time in a movie Lex Luthor became a true person to be feared. A real threat.
After that I was all in with this Lex Luthor.
My biggest disappointment was the major cameos of the rest of the JL.
I expected more.
We saw it on a non Imax big format no 3D and there was a ton of grain. A bit distracting.
Soundtrack was annoying. who worked with Zimmer? Was it a rapper?
Intend on seeing again on an Imax.
