Honestly was kind of into it for a bit - there are a shocking number of Chinese school days romcoms that could have this exact English title - but the combination of wild handling of abortion, 9/11, & SARS knocked me right out of it.
Stuck around though & am here for the ending tbh American romcoms don't have the guts.
