Oh just me scrolling through pages of posts here wondering when someone is going to mention how screamingly racist it is...
But like, it's not subtle! You have your so-white-they're-see-through two-parent-two-kid family moving into this building and meeting a couple of bipoc kids with apparently absent fathers, & chaos ensues, where one kid is, like, inherently violent, and the other might as well be wearing a red shirt, and like this is not a spoiler because there is no subversion of tropes, it's just boring and racist. Not super thrilled with the autistic rep either, what the hell was that? I could not stop thinking about any of these things, while apparently all of letterboxd could not stop thinking about the cat. what the fuck you guys.
Justice for Aisha, though, an empath angel.
