the second time around it remains an absolutely life changing and deeply human experience. had the chance to see it on the big screen with a bunch of friends who hadn’t seen it before and the entire group was stunned as they left the theater. sentiments like “best movie I’ve ever seen” “i sobbed so much” “I’ll never emotionally recover” and “should I drop out of college?” were all thrown around on the walk to the bus stop. collective experiences like that, especially in a theater, are just the absolute best. and it’s hard to replicate the feeling of loving something that deeply, with people you love as well.
