A solidly generic adaptation of an airport paperback. Really straight forward stuff and I enjoyed myself. Starts off overwhelmingly “movie only released in red states”.
(Embarrassing log to admit that I went to see the movie that shouldn’t have been released now, and I would not tell anyone else it’s worth going to a theater right now. Tried to snipe a theater to myself but still had to share air with 3 people, even with mask glued to my face it’s an anxious experience)
Convoluted mess (even for Nolan) but ugh damn it’s still sick and loud and big 🤘😩🤙 This review will probably lose a star when I watch it without the thrill of being in a big loud theater again
