Winston Bribach’s review published on Letterboxd:
The first 45 minutes had me fooled. There was entertainment and ingenuity and hard-hitting action. Even the dark humor was working. Then...it all fell apart.
There were no more expendables left to kill, no more plot devices to play with, and the running gags lost their staying power. The film also went in the most predictable and, in its last moments, stupidly supernatural directions.
It frustrates me. The potential was there. Why choose that ending?
