  The scene with the reveal of the Brachiosauruses is probably my favorite scene in all of cinema. It perfectly exemplifies just how magical and wonderful a movie can be. The incredible effects used for the Brachiosauruses, the beautiful John Williams score, the look of pure wonder on Neill and Dern's faces, the wide shots of the Brachiosauruses walking by, Attenborough's delivery of "Welcome to Jurassic Park", everything about this scene is perfect.

  I never thought I'd say this about a movie but Goldberg was the best part of this film. Shame he wasn't cast in more silly 90s action movies.

  Based off that cool as hell poster I came into this expecting a more silly and over-the-top film but this actually turned into a more Shining-esque haunting movie. The acting was pretty good across the board though Kennedy's decent into insanity was the clear highlight. The ship itself is a cool as hell environment and the creepy, barely lit hallways provided a very creepy atmosphere for the cast to inhibit.
