All I can say is what a masterpiece. I give this silent work of art five starts and I would give it more if I could. This was the first movie I've seen in quite a while that I was truly mesmerized by.
Everything about a quiet place was done perfectly. I couldn't look away, the acting was astonishing, the effects were great, the suspense, the thrills, the scares, all of it. Even the monsters were new and unique and different.
John Krasinski should be considered severely underrated as a director because this was Ridley Scott level. Emily Blunt, who is one of my all time favorite female actresses anyways, was also impeccable. The two young children couldn't have been any better as well.
Like I said, a masterpiece.
