    ★★½

Well I loved the music but unfortunately I just really dislike this really cheap looking style of cgi

  • Frozen

    Frozen

    ★★½

Watched this for the first time in years and I have to come to terms now with the fact that this movie already feels dated. It feels like the movie is so concerned with the idea of subverting the audience's expectations about what a Disney princess movie is yet it is painfully un-subtle in it's storytelling because it doesn't trust said audience.
When I hear the characters ramark on the one-day-engagement of Anna I don't feel the humor of a…

  • Evil Dead II

    Evil Dead II

    ★★½

    Really cool, wish I cared

  • Liquid Sky

    Liquid Sky

    ★★½

A film that does a lot of telling and not enough showing.
Really sucks to not like this because I really loved parts of the music and cinematography but this script is just painfully repetitive and plainly annoying. Most of the characters are entirely unwatchable in my opinion. I like the concept of the aliens and how they relate to the main character but with the way the story was executed I just can't imagine ever wanting to sit down…

  • Friday the 13th Part 2

    Friday the 13th Part 2

    ★★½

Took me a while to get into this but it ended up being kinda decent.
Lots of stupid writing but also some fun scary stuff.
    It's alright

  • I'm Thinking of Ending Things

    I'm Thinking of Ending Things

    ★★½

    Okay so hear me out,
I watched this one last year when it came out and I loved it and made it one of my top 10 that year, and have been wanting to revisit it ever since. Unfortunately it just didn't really hold up for me on a second watch.
I still think this film has a lot of it resting things to say and some cool technical stuff going for it, directing is good and all the acting…

  • American Psycho

    American Psycho

    ★★½

Kinda doing too much and not enough at the same time.
Like, by the 20th time Patrick does the same shtick I'm like "okay, I get it".
It's still a sharp satire with solid acting but still way too cold and detached to be enjoyable as a film, especially when our POV character is this far from human.
I just think it potentially could have been sharper(maube even more direct) and less repetitive.

  • Cinderella III: A Twist in Time

Cinderella III: A Twist in Time

    ★★½

I Really did like a lot more stuff in here then I anticipated to, like, some jokes are genuinely really funny.
The music and physical comedy suck tho
