It's hard not to love this movie. Still, this is, like any other movies, not without its flaws. At times, I felt draggy. Yet, any other times, I felt emotion swings back and forth between Queen songs.

Very charming and the characters (mostly dogs and a few human) personalities are very well portrayed.
Great music and beautiful scenery (it's Wes Anderson so you expect nothing but extraordinary beautiful scenes throughout the movie).

The only regret is I didn't watch it in the cinema. oh well.

Having read the short story this movie based on, I am immensely satisfied with how this movie was structured and ended.

Beautiful characters and beautiful shots. Is this Korean Roger Deakins ?! Really. Check it out, doesn't really matter whether if you like Murakami or not.

The only nitpick I have is I felt a bit draggy throughout the movies.

It was my mistake to watch this film and world cup final at the same time. my heart can't take it both. goddamnit, Mr. Fincher. you are one of the greatest directors of the time. and that young Sean Penn <3

3 years late and after listening to the theme song countless times, I finally watched it. and boy, what a movie. why can't my real life be this cute (and sad in the meantime)
