Without spoiling this for anyone yet to see it, I can't say I'm overly convinced that the "method by which the bad guy operates" is the way to go.
Also can we just tell Hollywood that the action formula isn't:
Film1) Let's do New York/America
Film 2) Where could we do, oh sod it let's do London no-one has ever done that ever...
Now that that's out the way, Tom Holland is once again convincing as the shy unassuming high school student who doesn't really want to be the hero. That's a big positive, there is also the typical marvel humour that generally hits the right notes so worth a watch all round.
If you're giving this over 3 and a half stars then you haven't watched Spider-Man into the Spiderverse
