Cuarón’s latest installment Roma is one that I will be thinking about for so long. This movie is nothing short of just special. Cuarón displays such a realistic portrayal of just life. He does it in so many ways with this. Whether it be through love or hatred.

Yalitza Aparicio gives a performance of a lifetime. She plays Cleo, a character that I immediately fell in love with from the beginning. Her relationships with people is what made Roma light…

“What is it you want to be for this company?”

                                   2018 Ranked

You think you are ready for this, but I wholeheartedly promise you that you are not ready. I am honestly in shock. I can not believe what I just witnessed. Dark and absolutely beautiful. Truly an unforgettable and traumatizing experience.

Luca Guadagnino’s direction of his remake of Dario Argento’s classic Suspiria was just absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t know how I felt about the whole 6 acts and an…

    Vox Lux

‘People have been bringing me down for yearrrrs’

The real Star was born. Vox Lux is not what you think. I’m going to say right now that Natalie Portman was already snubbed of best supporting actress. I have not seen a performance so passionate In YEARS. Every single frame that she is in, you’re feeling at least 3 different kinds of emotions at once. It is nearly impossible to describe this film. The main things that come to mind are masterful, crude, devastating, and psychedelic. Go and support this IMMEDIATELY.

    Lady Bird

“When you drove through Sacramento... Was it emotional?”

I want to just take the time and review this. I don’t think I wrote these kind of reviews back when I saw this in the theaters. I remember going into this with nothing but pretty high expectations. I heard the hype around this so I ended up seeing for myself. And this film exceeded my expectations more than any movie has ever for me. Lady Bird is a phenomenal and emotional…

Aronofsky’s mother! Had my rating very questionable the first time I watched it. After my rewatch I can’t hide that I absolutely love this film. It is so dark and brilliant. The way this horrifying and thrilling piece of cinema makes you feel is indescribable. Both times I watched this film I was super attached to Jennifer Lawerance’s character. Her performance goes extremely under the radar. Javier Bardem’s performance was great too. This film seems like it covers soooo much in the amount of time it is given. Arronofsky is brilliant
