The Ron Says: Promising Young Woman is certainly an interesting revenge film. Certain aspects of the plot are problematic, but Carey Mulligan’s excellent performance keeps it from going off the rails. It wasn’t quite what I was expecting in both a good and bad way, but I think it’s a solid 3.5 star film.
