Red, White and Blaine deserves the respect and recognition that Hamilton got. Broadway missed out.

Because capitalism, you can pit developers against each other (see: Air Rights) to save your historic and culturally significant Burlesque Club. There's also some great music and excellent outfits, and Cher can get it literally always.
