Zach’s review published on Letterboxd:
Doing a Wachowskis marathon in preparation for The Matrix Resurrections. This is a really neat movie, it's a far cry from the sci-fi we know the siblings for now but you can see the craft is there. Billy Wilder is one of my GOAT directors so it was nice to see that he was an influence on it. The relationship at the center of the movie is so well written and performed by the Wachowskis and Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly respectively. And it would be impossible to talk about Bound without bringing up Joe Pantoliano's performance that goes from smarmy to fucking unhinged without being obnoxious. Highly recommend watching this with headphones or a good sound system. Idk if I'll be able to finish the Wachowskis' whole filmography before Thursday but we're off to a good start.
You don't know shit.
