First off, I'd like to thank Netflix for giving Beyoncé more time than HBO ever would.
Secondly, I really hope Netflix does a small theatrical run of this because WOW I wanna see this on the big screen/hear this in a theater.
Lastly, this is incredible. Like, it's expected from Beyoncé at this point, but everything - from the performance itself, to the backstage footage and narration, to the changing mediums used to showcase the performance. AND THE SEAMLESS YELLOW TO PINK SWITCH FROM THE SAME ANGLE DURING CRAZY IN LOVE? Fantastic. As a performance, masterful. As a tribute to HBCUs, genius. As a film, captivating. I love Beyoncé. She truly is the greatest performer of our time.
