    Really impressed with how they were able to emote through the ape prosthetics. The only thing that still breaks the trick is the way they walk. I think it would have made more sense to have them walk/run differently.

    Other than that, this is impressive sci-fi. It maintains a sense of oddness and mild horror elements. I wish that Taylor wouldn't have gotten captured 100 times; after awhile it feels very rinse and repeat.

    The 2nd Garfield outing actually has some things I like. And honestly, is more engaging than the first film.

    The final fight with Electro is totally goofy and not exciting, but the Electro scenes before that are mostly good. It still will always baffle me that they basically followed the same plot of Spider-Man 3 (Sand-Man and Venom teaming up because they have a similar objective), which everyone seemed to not like.
