Zane Foyle’s review published on Letterboxd:
Bong Joon-ho’s Parasite, an incredibly engaging film, definitely soars over all films I’ve seen this year. As it starts from a simple, dark comedy, to a nail biting thriller with such incredibly dramatic elements. It’s able to maintain a perfect amount of humour aligned with rising tension, which by the end of the film, brutally beats you into a pulp. The climax of the film assures you of it’s brutality (it involves a party, but I won’t go into detail), and then the film ends on an extremely satisfying note. I really hope this film increases in popularity, as it has left an incredible impact on me. I love cinema.
