Judas and the Black Messiah is an amazing films by all means, with amazing performances all around, a groundbreaking story, and technical precision, but I never hear people talk about the beauty before the tragedy. Watching the calm before the storm, and this family of oppression meet and talk and experience life is really quite an experience to behold, and it's something that not many pieces of film can do.
