In terms of spectacle, there's certainly a lot to see in Watchmen. It was maybe even a little too gruesome for me at times. But I feel like I was missing some context.

We got a little montage at the beginning of who these people were, and a legitimate backstory to Dr. Manhattan, but I feel like I didn't get a good sense of why all these folks are superhero vigilantes (or why they knew Manhattan). Maybe that's my ability…

    Toy Story 4

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Did Pixar need to make a fourth Toy Story film? No. Did they do a good job with it? Absolutely.

They did a really good job at all the new characters, and were able to give another perspective on the life of a toy: what it's like willingly living without an owner.

I feel like it could have used more in the way of settings. I really enjoyed the carnival and antiques store, but that was most of what it…
